My smartphone is lost/stolen. What should I do?

To ensure the person who found your phone cannot use it to steal your SmartBike, use the remote key to unlock your bike immediately and park it in a safe place. Once that's done, breathe a big sigh of relief, login to my.vanmoof.com ASAP and request a new passcode to be sent to your bike. When you have a new phone, download the VanMoof app again and login with your user account. We'll make sure the new passcode is retrieved by the app automatically so you can use your new phone to unlock your bike.
