My SmartBike/Electrified S remote key is lost or stolen. What should I do?

Unlock your bike using the smartphone app and park it in a safe place. Once that's done login in to my.vanmoof.com ASAP and request a new passcode to be send to your bike and phone so you can reset the security. You can order a new remote key by sending an email with your personal details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
