We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. No matter which bike you buy, you'll have a month to really get to know your new bike. Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love within the 30 days you can return it for free, no questions asked.
Returning your bike is dead-simple, just follow these steps:
1. Email the VanMoof support team to organise the return:
- Europe: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Germany: email@example.com
- USA: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Asia: email@example.com
2. Email with time time slots you’ll be available between Monday and Friday. Once we’ve got that our delivery partner will organise a pick up time for your bike.
3. Please pack your bike, bike tools and remotes back into the original bike box, all wrapped up to prevent any damage in transit. Thrown out your box already? Swing by your local bike store and ask if they have any spare ones - we’ve found most bike boxes tend to fit our bikes!
4. Our delivery partner will swing by and pick up your bike, and our team will process your refund within 14 days from your bike arriving back at our warehouse.
