How do I register my new VanMoof Smartbike or Electrified S?

The first time you open the VanMoof app you will be guided through a simple setup process. It will register you and your bike, then automatically pair your smartphone with your SmartBike. Make sure you have a working internet connection on your phone and your bike nearby for this setup process.
Once it's set up, the VanMoof smartphone app will automatically connect to your SmartBike whenever you are within Bluetooth range of the bike.
If you prefer to use a computer, please folow the following steps:
- Go to my.vanmoof.com
- Click "create account"
- Fill in the questions asked by the website, read and accept the terms & Conditions
- Click "Create Account"
- Next choose the bike model you wish to register ( Smartbike or Electrified S)
- Fill in the requested frame and IMEI number (You can find this on the sticker on the supplied user manual)
- Complete the registration
Now you are ready to go!
Fire up the VanMoof app, log in and enjoy the ride!
