When I try to unlock my Smartbike/Electrified S, I do not hear the “click” from the lock and the cable/chain won’t come out of the frame. What’s wrong?

If you are having issues with the internal lock, the bike’s smartmodule may be glitching. We recommend doing a quick reset by following these instructions:
How do I reset my Smartbike/Electrified S?
To reset your bike all you will need is :
A micro USB cable
A power source (wall plug, power bank or even a laptop with USB connection)
This is what you do:
Turn on your Electrified S/ SmartBike.
Plug a Micro USB cable into a power source
Insert the Micro USB plug into the Micro USB connection of the bike. (You will find this connection under the rubber cover, behind the charging connector)
After roughly a second, the display of the bike will shut off - don’t worry, it just means the unit’s resetting!
