How do I connect my Smart S or X bike with the app on my smartphone?

The first time you open the VanMoof app, you’ll be guided through a simple setup process. You’ll register your bike first, then pair it with your smartphone. Make sure your phone has an internet connection and that your bike is nearby for the setup process.
Once it's set up, the VanMoof app will automatically connect to your Smart bike whenever you’re within Bluetooth range and the VanMoof app is running in the background.
If you prefer to use a computer to register, follow these steps:
Go to my.vanmoof.com
Log in with the account you created when buying in store or online
Fill in your personal info, and accept the Terms & Conditions
Choose the bike model you wish to register (Smart S, Smart X, or Electrified S)
Fill in the frame and IMEI number (you’ll find this on the sticker on the user manual)
- Complete the registration
You’re ready to go! Fire up the app, login, and enjoy your ride.
