To make sure that anyone with your phone can’t steal your Electrified S2 or X2, use your backup disarm code to disarm your bike immediately and park it in a safe place.
Once that's done, breathe a big sigh of relief, login to my.vanmoof.com ASAP and request a new encryption key for your bike. When you have a new phone, download the VanMoof app and log in again. We'll make sure the new passcode is retrieved by the app automatically so you can use your new phone to unlock your bike.
