Dear Van Moof,
I have purchased a Standard 3 speed bike from you. Being a previous owner of one of your first models, I simple cannot stand the painted aluminium when I opened the box. The bike has not been ridden and I would like to return it. Could you help me with the procedures? Sorry about this, but the paint masks the aluminium look which so defines your products, I hope you understand.

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your VanMoof.
Of course we will help you with the returning process.
The only thing you have to do is fill in the attached form and add it with the VanMoof in it’s box.
Please let us know when the bike is ready for shipment so we can ask our transport partner, Dachser Logistics, to contact you for pick-up arrangements.
We will refund the payment within 14 days after we receive the order at our office.
We are sorry to hear that the white color isn’t for you.
