First, double-check the Stealth Lock to see make sure it is properly activated. If the Stealth Lock is engaged but the lock icon is not displayed on the Matrix Display or in the VanMoof app, there may be an issue with your bike. Please reset your bike and the VanMoof app and try again. If the lock is still not functioning correctly, get in touch with our support team.
