To make sure that someone with your phone can't steal your Electrified S2 or X2, use your backup unlock code to unlock your bike immediately and park it in a safe place. 


Once that's done, breathe a sigh of relief, log in to my.vanmoof.com ASAP, and request a new encryption key for your bike. When you have a new phone, download the VanMoof app and log in again. We'll make sure the new passcode is retrieved by the app automatically, so you can use your new phone to connect to your bike.
