There may be an issue with your card or bank account. Please check you have enough funds in your account and your card is still valid. 


If you miss a payment we will always send a reminder per e-mail (please also check your spam folder) with a payment link. With the link the due payments can be done, as well as updating your creditcard. If none of the above seems to be the solution for you, please reach out to our support team to see how we can solve the issue. 


You can make the monthly payment manually by clicking the link in the payment failed email, but please make sure your saved details are accurate and up-to-date. If you're still not sure why your automatic payment isn't being processed, please contact our support team.
