Unlock your bike using the VanMoof app and park it in a safe place. Then log in to my.vanmoof.com and request a new passcode so you can reset the security system. One you've done that, the remote cannot be used to unlock your bike. You can then order a new remote by sending an email with your personal details to info@vanmoof.com. When the remote arrives, pair it with your bike and use as normal.
