If that didn't solve your issue, try hard-resetting your Electrified.
To do this, you'll need:
A micro USB cable
A power source (phone charger, powerbank, or even a laptop)
Connect the micro USB cable to the power source. Plug the micro USB cable into your Electrified S USB port (on the bottom of the top tube, below the display). After a little while, the smart unit will activate – you're good to go!
