Sadly, no. We can only recover or replace a stolen Smart S or X if its theft defense system was armed and the ring lock was in use. The same condition applies to the Electrified S2 and X2: the Stealth Lock needs to have been engaged at the time that your bike was stolen. For the Electrified S, the VanMoof chain lock needs to have been used correctly.
