If you have Peace of Mind: Theft coverage, the Bike Hunters will get to work as soon as you report your bike stolen and we receive a copy of the official police report. You can easily upload this report (in one of the following file types: jpeg, png, pdf, and doc/docx) in your My VanMoof account. You can find this option in the ‘My bike’ section. If our Bike Hunters haven't found your bike by the end of those two weeks, we'll send you a replacement bike.
