It works like this:

1. Notify us that your bike is stolen via the VanMoof app.

2. Go to the police, report your bike stolen and send us the police report.

3. Relax, and let the Bike hunters do their thing. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

4. Within two weeks, we'll recover your bike or replace it
