To make sure you enjoy many years of smooth riding, we recommend getting your VanMoof checked by a professional after 1000 km of riding. After your first checkup, we recommend proactive maintenance every 2500 km to keep everything running smoothly.
You can book a checkup or repair appointment at your nearest Brand Store, Service Hub, or certified workshop. The full list of all our locations can be found here. Please note, not all repairs and checkups are possible at each location. The details are as follows:
Brand Stores can provide checkups and repairs for all VanMoof models.
Service Hubs can only provide checkups and repairs for VanMoof S3 & X3s and the Electrified S2 & X2s.
Certified workshops can only provide checkups and repairs for VanMoof S3 & X3s.

Due to current Covid regulations, you must book your appointment in advance. You can book your appointment via your My VanMoof account. You’ll be directed to our booking tool on the ‘My Bike’ page. Click on the ‘Find a solution’ option and follow the steps that show on your screen.

Don’t worry if you don't have a service location nearby. A VanMoof bike is mechanically similar to other bicycles, so any bike mechanic should be able to perform basic checkups and repairs. If you have technical issues with your bike's electronic components, please get in touch with our Support team – we'll be happy to help!
