We understand that you can’t wait for your VanMoof or VanMoof accessory to arrive, and expect you might have questions. Below, you’ll find the most burning questions (and answers) about delivery.

 

Expected shipping date

You can check your order status and find the expected shipping date in your My VanMoof account. Go to Orders & Invoices to see the status and expected shipping date of your order. 

 

Keep in mind, this is the expected shipping date at that moment and it can deviate by 72 hours. You’ll receive a Track & Trace email the moment your order leaves our warehouse with a scheduled delivery date. If you can’t find the email, make sure you check your spam folder as shipping emails can sometimes end up there.

 

Your accessories leave our warehouse seven days after your bike is shipped. 

 

UK Shipments

Orders for the UK are shipped from our Amsterdam warehouse. You’ll receive a Track & Trace email the moment your order leaves our warehouse, but it can take up to 7 days for your expected delivery date to be calculated. This date can only be calculated when the package arrives in the UK. Please hang tight, the delivery date will update automatically.

 

Delays 

In case of any delay, we’ll update you by email and the expected shipping date in your My VanMoof account will change too. Unfortunately, we’re not able to speed up your delivery or provide you with a more precise shipping date than what you were sent.

 

If you have still not received your delivery five days after your expected shipping, please get in touch with our support team. 

 

Warranty bikes

We’ll ship your replacement bike within 14 days of receiving your current bike.

Once you’ve chosen your country of delivery in the top right corner of the homepage, click on ‘Buy now’ and the current expected delivery times will be shown below the image of the bike. Keep in mind, this is the expected delivery at that moment: the date is subject to change depending on demand.
