You can check your order status and expected delivery date in your My VanMoof account. If you don’t already have a My VanMoof account, go to create one.

When you are logged in, go to the ‘Orders & Invoices’ tab to see the status of your order. We may ship your bike and accessories separately from each other, so the estimated shipping time for these can differ.

Make sure you double-check your email spam folder, as shipping emails can sometimes end up there.
