My wheel is not true anymore, what should I do?

If a wheel is not true anymore, or warped, you should immediately stop using it. This will prevent further damage to the wheel and/or axle.
In most cases, a wheel becomes warped because one or more spokes are broken. A broken spoke will affect the wheel's ability to distribute weight evenly, potentially damaging the rim.
Please seek assistance from our Bike Doctors or a local bike shop as soon as you notice any warping. It's an easy fix if you catch it quickly, but left untreated it can seriously damage your wheel and bike.
