Accepted payment methods

You can pay with a credit card (Mastercard/Visa/American Express), PayPal, or local payment options (depending on your region e.g. iDeal, Sofort etc.). It’s not possible to pay in instalments at this time.

Issues with your payment?

If your credit card was declined or your payment failed, this may be due to your bank’s automated anti-fraud systems or your payment limit. Please make sure your credit card information was entered correctly, or try another payment method.

If the transaction still doesn't go through, please contact your bank to make sure nothing is blocking the payment. If everything looks good from the bank's side, please contact our support team and we’ll diagnose the problem.

Alternative payment methods

Local payment plans

The United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and France currently offer local payment plans for buying an e-bike. VanMoof is participating in the Cycle to Work scheme in the UK, Fietsplan in the Netherlands, and Prime Velo in France.

Payment via lease

We also offer lease services in most countries, including a business lease service and a private lease service (the latter is only available in the Netherlands). Learn more here.
