Each new VanMoof bicycle frame and original parts have a guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials for two years* from the day of delivery of your bike. This does not include parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (i.e. drive chain, brake pads etc.), improper assembly, or follow-up maintenance. See the full warranty details here.

The VanMoof warranty is only available in the locations we can currently ship to.
