If you see an error code, your bike isn’t responding, or something’s not working, you can reset your bike to resolve the issue. This video will show you how reset the VanMoof S2 & X2. You’ll also find step by step instruction below the video.
- Look under the bike's top tube at the area beneath the Matrix Display. On the VanMoof S2, you'll see the plastic speaker grill, with a small circular hole at the front nearer the handlebars. On the VanMoof X2 you’ll see two speakers, the circular hole is on the second speaker.
- Insert a small tool (like a pen or paperclip) into this hole and push until you hear a clicking sound. -
- Remove the tool – the bike has now been reset and should function as normal.
