Android App 
Electrified S2/X2 Riders who experience connection issues with our Android app should follow these steps:

  • Ensure you are running the latest app version available in Play Store
  • Ensure the device is close enough to the bike
  • Verify that another device is not connected to the bike
  • Toggle Bluetooth off and on
  • Ensure the location permission is granted and location services are enabled
  • Ensure that battery optimisations are disabled for our app (https://dontkillmyapp.com)
  • Ensure bike is charged
  • Restart the phone
  • Reset the bike
  • Disconnect other bluetooth connected devices
  • Double check if you logged into the account with the bike you are trying to connect to
  • Try to connect with another device

iOS App 

Electrified S2/X2 Riders who experience connection issues with our iOS app should follow these steps below to establish the connection:

  • Ensure you are running the latest app version available in the App Store
  • Ensure your smartphone is close enough to the bike
  • Make sure that there is no other device connected or trying to connect to the bike
  • Toggle Bluetooth off and on
  • Ensure bike is charged
  • Reopen the app
  • Reboot the phone
  • Reset the bike
  • Disconnect other bluetooth connected devices
  • Disconnect Apple Watch app (put it in flight mode)
  • Double check you logged into the account with the bike you are trying to connect to
  • Try to connect with another device
