This issue only affects Electrified S2 & X2. If you own an Electrified S2 or X2, please check your charging port to make sure the central insulation cover is intact. If your Electrified’s charging port has the central insulation cover (see image A below), you can continue riding as normal – just add the new part to your charger as soon as you receive it.

If your port looks like image B, we advise you to stop charging the bike, and contact us immediately. 

Please note – this issue only affects the Electrified S2 & X2. All other bikes are unaffected.
