When do I get the invoice for my order? Print

Your invoice will be available in your My VanMoof account half an hour after you placed your order.

Order placed before 05-03-2022 17:00 (CEST)

Your invoice will be available as your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive the invoice by email, and you can also download it from your My VanMoof account. For these orders it’s not possible to issue an invoice before your bike is shipped.
