We will always update your delivery date in your My VanMoof account (under Orders & Invoices) to give you the most up-to-date information available. Our Customer Support team is always happy to help, but we are not able to change the expected delivery date of your order.
We originally planned to produce 6,000 bikes per month, but we have since scaled up our production to meet the incredible demand for the new VanMoof S3 & X3. With improved quality checks in place and a higher production output, we expect to catch up with deliveries very soon.
