If you see an error code, your bike isn’t responding, or something’s not working, you can reset your bike to resolve the issue. The video below will show you how reset your VanMoof S3 & X3. You’ll also find step by step instruction below the video.


Step 1

Press and hold the power button on the underside of the top tube for two seconds. This will restart your bike.

Step 2

Press either handlebar button to power the bike on. If the bike is locked, use one of the 3 ways to unlock your bike.
