If your bike won’t turn on or connect to your phone after you take it out of the box, the battery may be empty. First, charge your bike and give it a quick reset to wake it up.

After that, you can 
register your bike in the VanMoof App. Make sure to give the VanMoof App Bluetooth permission in the privacy settings of your smartphone. If you’re experiencing connections issues follow these instructions.
