This issue only affects an early production batch of just over 1,083 VanMoof S3 & X3 bikes. All other bikes (including all other VanMoof S3 X3s, and earlier models) are unaffected by this issue. 

If your bike is potentially affected, you will have received an email from us on November 18. If you didn’t receive this email but still want to double-check, you can enter your S3 or X3 frame number here. The tool will immediately tell you if your bike is from the affected batch or not.
