How to use a referral code
Go to VanMoof.com. Select a new VanMoof e-bike (not applicable on the VanMoof V), and add your choice of Peace of Mind coverage and/or accessories. Add the referral code at checkout, and click ‘Apply’. Your discount will then be applied to the accessories and/or Peace of Mind coverage in your cart. Make sure the discount was applied correctly before you complete your purchase – we can’t apply the code later. The discount is only applicable when purchasing a VanMoof bike and accessories or Peace of Mind coverage in the same order.
As a new rider, the rider referral program will be activated approximately two weeks after your bike is delivered. If you're signed up to VanMoof email updates, we'll send your code straight to your inbox.
Share your referral code
To share your referral code, go to your My VanMoof account and copy the code from the ‘Rewards’ section and start sharing! Please remember to play by the rules when it comes to sharing.
We made our referral program to thank our riders for sharing their VanMoof excitement and experiences with friends and family. Any commercializing, advertising, posting referral codes on coupon websites, spamming, paying for codes to be used, etc. will result in your referral code being deactivated and rewards withheld.

- Social media sharing (not ads)
- Informational or fan websites
- Coupon websites
- Anything annoying or misleading
My referral code is not working
You can add the referral code or voucher code in the 4th section of the checkout, after you’ve selected your preferred payment method. Add your code to the ‘Apply discount code’ section.
The discount from the referral code will only be applied when you’ve purchased a VanMoof bike and accessories or Peace of Mind coverage together in the same order. The discount can’t be applied afterwards when you’ve purchased your bike separately from the accessories or Peace of Mind coverage.
If your referral code isn’t working:
- Check if you’ve filled in your code correctly – check for spelling mistakes or extra spacing.
- Make sure to check and clear your browser cookies or cache history.
If your credit voucher isn’t working:
For credit security, credit vouchers are only valid in the country listed in your My VanMoof account. The voucher country is based on your settings in your My VanMoof account. If you try to shop on a webstore that’s different to the country in your My VanMoof account, it won’t work.
Make sure the voucher hasn’t been used before – the credit voucher can only be used once.
Check if you’ve filled in your code correctly – check for spelling mistakes or extra spacing.
Make sure to check and clear your browser cookies or cache history.
