Follow one of the three ways to unlock your bike. If Touch Unlock or unlocking with your phone isn’t working, there might be a connection issue between the App and your bike. Try restarting your app and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on and connected with your bike. If this doesn't solve it, you can try and solve your connection issue by following these instructions.
If there’s no active connection between your phone and your bike you can still unlock with your unlock code.
