You can use one of these three ways to unlock your bike. If touch unlock or unlocking your bike with your phone isn’t working, there might be a connection issue between the app and your bike.
If you still can’t unlock your bike, follow the steps below to solve the problem
Try restarting your app, and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on and connected to your bike. If this doesn't solve the problem, follow these instructions.
Even if there’s no active connection between your phone and your bike, you can still unlock your ride manually with your unlock code.
