Our Certified Workshops can handle the same repairs as we do at our Service Hubs (VanMoof S5 & A5s and VanMoof S3 & X3s), with the exception of:

  • Accidents

  • Front fork fixes

  • Paint damages

  • Socket issues

  • X3 speaker replacements 

If you’re in need of a repair that can’t be done by the Certified Workshop or need help with a different issue, please schedule a regular Bike Doctor appointment at the nearest Brand Store or Service Hub via your My VanMoof account. For more options please reach out to our Customer Support.
