You can add your bike to the Find My app and the Find My network if your bike supports the technology. If you ordered a VanMoof S3 or X3 after April 7, 2021, your bike will support it. If you don’t have a VanMoof account yet, start by registering your bike with the VanMoof app or My VanMoof. If you already have a VanMoof account, simply log in.
You can pair your VanMoof bike with the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad in a few simple steps:
Make sure your bike is unlocked and running on the latest firmware.
Open the Find My app on your iOS device and tap on the ‘Items’ tab. Tap the ‘Add item’ button and quickly press the power button on the bottom of the top tube twice.
You’ll hear a twinkling sound and see an animation on the Matrix Display as the bike connects to the Find My network. You will need to be using an iPhone or with iOS 14.3 or later, iPad with iPadOS 14.3 or later, or a Mac with Big Sur macOS 11.1 or later.
When your bike is discovered, tap ‘Connect’ and follow the instructions.
