You can enjoy Peace of Mind Maintenance coverage in specified cities in France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, UK, and the US. If you need help with your bike, our Customer Support team will diagnose the issue and find the best solution to get you riding as soon as possible. We have a variety of options in multiple cities across the world, to keep your VanMoof S3 or X3 in the best shape. Depending on your location, these solutions may include a Bike Doctor visit to your location, spare parts shipped to you for free, or a visit to your nearest Brand Store, Service Hub, or certified workshop. If necessary, we can arrange for your bike to be shipped to the nearest VanMoof location (please keep in mind that shipping costs aren’t included in Peace of Mind packages).
