You can have your bike checked, serviced, or repaired at any of our Brand Stores, Service Hubs, or certified workshops. Please note that not all maintenance, repairs, and checkups might be possible at your nearest location.
Brand Stores can service and repair all VanMoof models.
Service Hubs can only service and repair VanMoof S3 & X3s and the Electrified S2 & X2s.
Certified workshops can only service and repair VanMoof S3 & X3s.
