If you’ve plugged in your PowerBank but your bike isn’t turning on, you first need to check if your bike’s running on the correct firmware. To use the PowerBank, your bike needs to be updated to firmware version 1.6.8 or higher.

If your bike is updated but still doesn’t turn on, this could be because you turned the Powerbank on before plugging it into the bike's charging port. Make sure you first plug in the PowerBank to your bike and then press the PowerBank power button to turn it on. If you turn on the PowerBank first, your bike will mistake the PowerBank for an external charger and won’t turn on for safety reasons.
