There can be a few different reasons as to why your PowerBank is not charging your main battery. If this is the case, please check whether:

Step 1

Check if your PowerBank is plugged in correctly.

Step 2

Check if your bike is running on the right firmware (1.6.8 or higher).

Step 3

Check if you PowerBank is sufficiently charged. 

You can check this by pressing the PowerBank power button, which when pressed should display at least one white LED light. A red LED light indicates a PowerBank error. It should fix itself after a moment – if it doesn’t, press and hold the PowerBank power button for five seconds.
