Our troubleshooting tool is here to support you in self-servicing a problem with your bike. It helps you find an answer to a question you might have, helps you find a self-service solution to a problem or ultimately allow you to book your own repair appointment at one of our global locations.

 

To get started, simply log in to your My VanMoof account. Go to the ‘Bike Doctor’ page and click on the ‘Find a solution’ below the bike you’d like to troubleshoot.
