The moment you drop off your bike for repair we’ll give you an indication of when we expect your bike to be ready. Your repair time will depend on the complexity of the repair and the availability of our Bike Doctors.
You can check the repair status under ‘My bikes’ in your My VanMoof account. We'll also notify you via email when your bike is ready to be picked up.
We also kindly ask that you pick up your bike as soon as it's ready. This gives our Bike Doctors space to fix your fellow VanMoof riders’ bikes.
