If your parking locations isn’t showing the correct location, you might have not accepted the location permission. This can be resolved by logging out and in again, and accepting the permission pop-up. You can also navigate to your smartphone settings and switch location access for the VanMoof App to ‘always on’.

Don’t worry, this location data will never be shared with VanMoof. If you’re not using the correct location access the location will show the default location – which is our Amsterdam brand store.
