There can be a few reasons why your PowerBank isn’t showing in your app. Follow the steps below to help solve this problem. 


Step 1

Check if your bike is running on the correct firmware (1.6.8 or higher).


Step 2

Check if you’re using the most up-to-date version of the app (iOS: 3.11 or higher, Android: 5.10 or higher).


Step 3

Check if there’s an active Bluetooth connection between your bike and the app.


Step 4

Make sure you turned on your PowerBank after plugging it in


Step 5
Make sure that your PowerBank is sufficiently charged
